I am the founder of Oceanink Labs and a life coach. The impetus behind Oceanink Labs, as well as my personal goal, is to help you realize your innate talents, and align your life experience to everything you truly are. I believe that life is a short journey not to create who we are, but to actually uncover all that we are. When you have freedom to be yourself, you will naturally emit confidence in everything you do and experience pride and joy in your accomplishments.
I am presently engaging clients in a thought-provoking creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. As your life coach, I will help you discover what's most important to you, and help you design a plan to achieve those objectives. I will work with you to eliminate any obstacles that stand in your way. I will partner with you all the way to success. And lastly, we will celebrate together!

My Coaching Philosophy
I believe that each of us has the wisdom and power within us to make our life be what we want it to be. I see the coaching relationship as an alliance, a partnership, and a process of inquiry that empowers clients to reconnect with their own inner wisdom, to find their own answers, and to discover those powerful moments of choice out of which lasting change grows.
As a coach I am your advocate. I want the best from you. I will work with you to help you reach your goals and succeed. I will hold you accountable and challenge you to grow, to do, and to feel more than you think you can. I may gently push, pull, and stretch you in ways that at times may feel uncomfortable. And unlike a friendship, our coaching relationship is unilateral - it is exclusively focused on you, your goals, and your well-being. As a coach my focus is on the process of changing your behavior: This is much more valuable than giving instructions or advice that you probably already plentifully get from those around you.
My coaching credo is best summed up in this CBS quote:
"A good coach is someone who is an expert at helping others create positive change in their lives. For some clients, the positive change they most want may be focused on personal goals such as relationships, time management, work-life balance, stress reduction, simplification, health, etc., but other clients may be more interested in professional or business goals such as leadership, getting a promotion, starting a business, etc. An effective coach works with the client to help them live a better, richer life - regardless of their type of goals. Good coaching focuses on an individual's strengths and aims to help the client achieve what they want more of in life and at work. A good coach isn't there to 'fix' anyone, but to help the client navigate toward a more engaged and compelling future."
